3. Services
3.1 Service Description
Alps Mountain Music Studio provides live audio production, PA rental, and studio recording services. Specific services, inclusions, and terms for any individual engagement are defined in the signed service contract for that engagement.
3.2 Service Area
AMMS primarily serves the Albany Metro Area and Columbia County, New York. Services outside this area may be available subject to additional travel fees and availability. Contact us for details.
3.3 Right to Refuse Service
AMMS reserves the right to decline any inquiry or service request at its sole discretion, for any reason, without obligation to provide explanation.
3.4 Independent Contractor Status
AMMS and its personnel operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms or any service engagement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between AMMS and any client or third party.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Quotes and Estimates
All pricing provided prior to a signed contract is an estimate and subject to change based on final event details, scope, and requirements. A binding price is established only upon execution of a signed service contract.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are defined in the signed service contract for each engagement. Failure to meet payment terms may result in cancellation of services as described in the applicable contract.
4.3 Taxes and Fees
Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges associated with services rendered, unless otherwise stated in the service contract.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and related obligations are governed by the signed service contract for each engagement. General terms include:
- Deposits are non-refundable except where AMMS cancels due to circumstances within its control
- Cancellations within defined windows of the event date may be subject to partial or full contract charges
- Force majeure events are addressed in the applicable service contract

6. Limitation of Liability
