AMMS Open Mic Night

The venue is accessible to those with disabilities, however the parking area is grass/gravel.

This open mic is intended to celebrate and platform musical acts and local musicians, whether they perform original music or covers. Singer-Songwriters, Folk Musicians, Blues, Jazz, and other individuals or small band acts are encouraged to perform.

Single performances are limited to 15 minutes. A 5 minute setup time will be incorporated between performance times to allow for smooth transitions between performers.

The Alps Mountain Farm Store sells canned soft beverages, such as soda and water, as well as some limited snack options. No alcohol nor prepared food will be served at this event. We ask that outside food and drinks other than water be left outside.

This event is open to all ages, however AMMS cannot guarantee the content of every performance. Subject matter and language may not always be suitable for young children. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Rules
This event is intended to celebrate music and local musicians, such as singer-songwriter acts, folk musicians, and small bands. Acts should be acoustic or require only light amplification, due to sound check and setup time limitations. Any acts outside the scope of this event are subject to be respectfully denied performance time.
We reserve the right to refuse stage time to anyone for any reason.
No discussion of politics, religion, or other sensitive subjects is to take place in the venue. Please keep conversation and introductions focused on the music. Lyrical content may discuss prohibited topics within reason.
No outside food or drinks other than water allowed in the venue.
Sign up RSVPs can be done on this website, or in person at the desk. Time slots are first come, first served, in person sign ups are subject to availability.
Performances are limited to 15 minutes each. A 5 minute setup time will be scheduled between each performance, before your 15 minute block begins.
AMMS provides Amplification, Microphones, Stands, and Power. Provided DI Boxes have limited availability. Performers are responsible for providing their own instruments and any other required accessories.
This open mic night and any AMMS hosted events are a safe space. Events welcome everyone. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate removal.
